Music and piano have been life-long companions for me. Piano lessons from age six through high school; playing for Sunday school. For twenty years, I taught piano lessons in St. James, MN, where I also accompanied for the local high school music department, and for the community Summer Theatre. During that time, I was a church organist/pianist for several churches in the area. I also taught tone chimes in the
parochial school attached to my church.

In April of 2024, I moved to Council Bluffs and became the administrative assistant at St. Paul's Lutheran Early Childhood Center. Working with students one on one is my favorite part of teaching. I get to know each student and how he/she learns best. I share my love for music and encourage each student not only to be the best piano player he or she can be, but also the best person.
